What size air conditioner do I need?
Finding the right air conditioner depends on numerous factors, including room size, ceiling height, insulation, size of windows, level of sunlight and more.
Here's our rough guide to the air conditioner capacity (size) you'll need for a particular room size.
- Room size up to 20 m², Capacity 2-2.5kW
- Room size up to 20-40 m², Capacity 2.5-5kW
- Room size up to 40-60 m², Capacity 4-6kW
- Room size up to 60-80 m², Capacity 5-7kW
- Room size up to 80+ m², Capacity 6-9kW
Tip: Choose a model with equal or slightly greater capacity for the room. For example, if you calculate the room needs a 6kW model, it's probably a safer bet to get a model slightly above the required capacity than slightly below it, as a little extra grunt may help in extreme temperatures. But don't go too much above the required capacity.
Can I cancel an order?
In order to get a full refund, please contact us ASAP if you want to cancel any order. If your item has been shipped out, delivery fee for both ways will be charged.Â

Important! We recommend that customers thoroughly inspect the goods when delivery takes place. If upon delivery you notice an item is damaged, not as described, or faulty, you are required to reject delivery by the driver to which you will need to contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours to arrange re-delivery. We are unable to accept return of any goods that you have attempted to connect, install or have used, or if your product is a special buy product.
How long is the warranty for air conditioners sold on your website?
All air conditioners sold on our website come with a 5-year manufactures’ warranty.Â
Can my item be delivered to a PO Box?
No, We are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
Can I be informed when my item is dispatched so that I can be at home for delivery?
When your item is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Tracking number. You can track and trace the item.
Does someone need to be home to accept delivery?
Yes, someone must be available to accept delivery as we require a signature as proof of receiving goods. We recommend having an additional person at the delivery address to assist with the placement of your items inside of your house.Â
Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not include carrying the items inside. Where there is nobody to receive the goods, a re-delivery fee will be charged.
