Delivery & Pickup Policy

Local Pickup – Same Day Collection (Melbourne Only)

Location: 15/137 Rooks Road, Nunawading, VIC

If stock is available, you may collect your paid order on the same day.

Important notes:

  • Pickup is only available after we confirm your order is ready (via phone or email).

  • If your order is placed late in the day or stock arrives in the afternoon, pickup may be available the next business day.

  • Please wait for pickup confirmation before arriving at the warehouse.

Air conditioner system delivery – within 10km from our warehouse

Fee: $55 flat rate
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (subject to stock availability)

Includes:

  • Drop-off to garage or front door (maximum of 3 steps)

Air conditioner system delivery – 10km to 25km from our warehouse

Fee: $85 flat rate
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (subject to stock availability)

Includes:

  • Drop-off to garage or front door (maximum of 3 steps)

Accessories delivery – within 25km from our warehouse

Fee: $20 flat rate
Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (subject to stock availability)

When ordering both air conditioners and accessories, the shipping fee will be based on the item with the higher applicable delivery rate.

Additional Information

  • All delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by stock availability, courier schedules, or public holidays.

  • Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

  • Additional charges may apply for redelivery due to:

    • Missed delivery attempts

    • Incomplete or incorrect address
