Refund policy

1. Choosing the Right Product
Please ensure you select the correct products before confirming your order. If you're unsure about the appropriate model, size or specifications for your needs, we recommend contacting EULIFE for professional advice prior to purchase.

2. Returns Eligibility
Subject to clause 3, EULIFE offers a 10-day return policy for air conditioners (excluding installation services).

3. Conditions for Refund
To qualify for a refund:

• The product must be returned within 10 days of the purchase date.
• The air conditioner must be unused, in its original, unopened packaging, and in resalable condition.
• You must provide the original receipt or tax invoice.
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

4. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are otherwise not in a resalable condition.

Please note that ducted systems are non-returnable and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for these items under any circumstances, unless required by law.

5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. A 5% administration fee will apply to all cancelled orders.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
